What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and implement global market development initiatives in collaboration with regional sales leaders to drive revenue and margin contributions
- Define and execute strategic sales programs, pricing models, and go-to-market initiatives
- Lead cross-functional teams including program managers, pricing specialists, and product managers to ensure execution excellence
- Collaborate with regional sales leaders to tailor programs and pricing strategies to specific markets
- Manage vendor relationships and align channel strategies to support growth initiatives
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven experience in sales strategy and business development initiatives within a global organization
- Strong background in channel sales, vendor management, and go-to-market execution
- Ability to collaborate across multiple functions and drive alignment on key business initiatives
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop data-driven pricing and sales strategies
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
