Positions in this sub-family are responsible for providing services related to management of the organization's information technology resources to internal and/or external clients in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) organizations or in Global Capability Centers (global in house captives/shared services centers). Activities include (but not limited to) developing, implementing, and testing internal IT applications and systems software; installation, administration, and maintenance of information technology resources (including IT hardware and software, data/voice networks); providing support to technology users. The Virtual Apps and Desktops III position is responsible for ensuring the operations of assigned functions by Nordic Global Healthcare IT leadership and IT governance. This position is responsible for the analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of complex problems related to virtual application and desktop management. The Virtual Apps and Desktops III will be expected to analyze complicated systems, document end-user delivery standards, and assure high levels of stability, reliability, and availability of the end-user virtualizations. Duties include, but are not limited to, testing and implementing client software, patch management, and support thereof. This role extends into virtualization technologies' design, build, and support.
