Job summary

RiVidium Inc. is seeking a Mid-Level Citrix Administrator to manage, configure, and maintain Citrix systems for secure, efficient delivery of applications.

Responsibilities include administering NetScaler ADC, supporting VDI access, monitoring health, and implementing patches and hardening. The role requires TS/SCI eligibility and strong enterprise IT experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years administering Citrix NetScaler and Windows-based systems.
• Experience with VDI and Microsoft Windows operating systems in enterprise IT.
• Strong customer support in enterprise IT environments.
• Degree or vocational diploma in Information Systems, IT, or related field; or five additional years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
• Certifications: CCP-V, CCA-AppDS, VCP-DCV.

Title Citrix Administrator Level 2 Full-Time/Part-Time Full-Time

RiVidium Inc. is seeking a Mid-Level Citrix Administrator responsible for managing, configuring, and maintaining Citrix systems to ensure secure, efficient, and high-performance application delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer Citrix NetScaler (ADC), including load balancing and SSL certificate management
• Support organizational VDI access (LEAP) and enforce security policies
• Monitor system health, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance
• Automate routine tasks using scripting tools
• Apply patches, updates, and system hardening, including STIG compliance
• Support Citrix components such as Provisioning Server and AppSense
• Administer published applications and manage service tickets
• Maintain Citrix infrastructure, including VDI and VMware environments
• Monitor systems using tools such as Citrix Director and EdgeSight

Technical Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Citrix technologies, including Secure Gateway and NetScaler ADC
• Experience with Citrix Provisioning Services and enterprise VDI environments
• Understanding of system security, patching, and hardening practices
• Working knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, and Group Policy Objects (GPOs)

Clearance Requirement

Must be eligible for and able to obtain a TS/SCI clearance at contract start

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience administering Citrix NetScaler and Windows-based systems
• Experience with virtualized environments, including VDI and Microsoft Windows operating systems
• Demonstrated ability to provide strong customer support in enterprise IT environments
• Degree or vocational diploma in Information Systems, IT, or a related field
• In lieu of a degree, five (5) additional years of relevant experience may be substituted

Certifications (Required)

• Citrix Certified Professional - Virtualization (CCP-V)
• Citrix Certified Associate – App Delivery and Security (CCA-AppDS)
• VMware Certified Professional (VCP-DCV)

Additionally

CompTIA Security+ (DoD IAT Level II) required
