Starting Salary: $19 / hour and up.

As a Citizens Teller, YOU make a real difference for our customers and the branch team.

What You'll Do

• Greet customers in our lobbies and assist with transactions using technology like mobile apps and ATMs.
• Create positive experiences by helping customers achieve their financial goals through personalized advice and connecting them to Bankers.
• Educate customers on Citizens products and benefits, responding effectively to questions and concerns.
• Follow all financial policies and procedures, including cash handling and compliance with laws and regulations.

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Minimum 6 months experience processing transactions.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience recommending products.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Ability to work with digital technology and branch hours, including weekends and evenings.
• Must complete a video interview assessment within 7 days of applying.

Preferred Skills/Experience

• 1 year of transaction processing experience.
• Ability to motivate others and multitask effectively.

Hours & Work Schedule

• 40 hours per week.
• Schedule varies with branch needs, including evenings and weekends.
