Starting Salary: $19 / hour and up

As a Citizens Teller, YOU make a real difference for our customers and the branch team.

What You'll Do

• Greet customers in our lobbies and demonstrate how to use our mobile app or ATMs for transactions.
• Create positive experiences by helping customers achieve their financial goals with personalized advice and solutions.
• Educate customers about Citizens products and benefits, responding effectively to questions and concerns.
• Follow all financial policies and procedures, including cash handling and compliance with laws.

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED
• At least 6 months experience processing transactions
• At least 1 year customer service experience recommending products/services
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to ask questions, identify needs, and develop customer relationships
• Problem-solving skills and customer-centric approach
• Comfort with digital technology
• Availability to work branch hours, including weekends and evenings
• Complete a video interview assessment within 7 days of applying

Preferred Skills/Experience

• 1 year transaction processing experience

Hours & Work Schedule

• 30 hours per week
