Description

Starting Salary: $19 / hour and up

As a Citizens Teller, YOU make a real difference for our customers and the branch team.

What You'll Do

• Greet customers and demonstrate the use of mobile apps and ATMs for transactions.
• Create positive customer experiences and identify opportunities to assist with financial goals.
• Educate customers on Citizens products and benefits, responding to questions and concerns.
• Follow all financial policies, including cash handling and adherence to laws and regulations.

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED
• At least 6 months experience with transactions (cash/digital)
• One year of customer service experience recommending products
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to use digital technology and work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
• Must complete a video interview assessment within 7 days of applying

Preferred Skills/Experience

• One year of transaction processing experience
• Motivates others through collaboration
• Detail-oriented with multitasking skills

Hours & Work Schedule

• 30 hours per week
• Flexible schedule based on branch needs, including weekends and evenings
