Open availability is a must. The role involves preparing sushi, sashimi, nigiri, and specialty rolls, maintaining a sanitary station, and collaborating with kitchen staff to ensure timely execution.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Sushi Cook or in a similar culinary role preferred.
• Strong knife skills and knowledge of sushi preparation techniques.
• Understanding of proper food handling and sanitation practices.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Team-oriented with strong communication skills.
