Summary

The Part-Time Key Holder supports the management team by motivating and inspiring staff to achieve store productivity goals. They assist in developing action plans and analyzing sales data daily, weekly, and monthly.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Work with the management team to meet sales goals through motivation, staff training, and customer service.
  • Achieve personal sales targets.
  • Foster a selling culture within the store.
  • Model excellent selling techniques and customer service.
  • Assist in training, supervising, and developing store associates in various areas including customer service, product knowledge, visual merchandising, and store operations.
  • Lead the team to ensure goal orientation, motivation, and productivity.
  • Ensure cleanliness, correct pricing, and proper merchandising of products.
  • Manage the store in the absence of the General Manager and Assistant Manager.
  • Maintain adequate sales floor coverage.
  • Help track and achieve KPI metrics.
  • Support the development of long-term client relationships through excellent customer service.
Qualifications
  • Flexible schedule including days, evenings, and weekends as needed.
  • High school diploma or GED preferred; or 1-3 years of related experience or training.
  • Experience in retail jewelry and watches is highly desirable.

Pay Range: $16.50 - $17.00 per hour plus commission and bonus potential.
