Job summary

Orion Consortium seeks a senior information security leader responsible for establishing enterprise security standards, policies, and procedures. You will guide risk assessments, audits, and incident investigations while keeping systems secure and compliant.

A strong background in security operations, cyber risk, and governance is required, with TS/SCI and Full-Scope polygraph preferred. The role targets a pipeline position for an anticipated contract with staffing beginning in November 2026;

Qualifications

• 8+ years of managerial experience in security operations, cyber risk, governance, or related fields.
• Cleared information security professional with TS/SCI and Full-Scope polygraph preferred or required.

Responsibilities

• Set enterprise information security standards and policies.
• Develop and implement information security standards and procedures.
• Provide tactical security guidance and assess implications of new technologies.
• Ensure information systems are secure and functional.
• Lead IT risk evaluations, audits, and security incident investigations.
