Job summary

Qualifications

• Fifteen+ years in cybersecurity leadership, with executive level roles.
• Experience briefing Boards and Audit Committees on cyber risk.
• Proven track record of multiyear cybersecurity transformation.
• Experience across enterprise IT, OT, cloud, data, and AI.
• Knowledge of public-company requirements and privacy obligations.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute global cybersecurity and digital trust strategy.
• Protect intellectual property, manufacturing operations, and data.
• Advise executive leadership and the Board on cyber risk and investment.
• Lead security functions: operations, incident response, risk governance, and data protection.
• Establish security standards for AI and emerging technologies.
• Build and lead a high‑performing global cybersecurity organization.
