Job summary

Space Systems Integration LLC (SSI) seeks a Deep Space Comms, Tracking & Cislunar SDA Analyst to join our Chantilly, VA team. The role focuses on Space Domain Awareness, deep space tracking, RF/optical communications architectures, and ground network integration.

The ideal candidate advises government leadership on advanced space missions with expertise in multi-body dynamics, orbit determination, and cislunar sensing technologies, including EO/RF and telescope design.

Qualifications

Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with ability to obtain a polygraph.
Bachelor's degree with 14+ years or Master's with 12+ years of experience.
Technical knowledge of SDA in cislunar environments; orbit determination using optical, RF, and Doppler measurements.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain system-level requirements for assigned systems.
Support full lifecycle engineering reviews to confirm design meets specifications.
Review CDLR deliverables for content quality and sufficiency of design details.
Participate in technical interchange meetings between developers and contractors.
Evaluate vendor proposals and review technical reports and program plans.
Serve as a system engineering liaison to other divisions.
