What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the central point of coordination between Security Marketing, Marketing Operations, and Marketing Technology teams
- Execute and manage measurable webcasts, webinars, and live demos across global regions
- Compile promotional materials to engage audiences and drive participation
- Maintain and monitor campaign project plans and progress updates using project tracking tools
- Facilitate weekly status check-ins to identify roadblocks and resolve issues impacting timelines
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- At least 4 years of experience as a Marketing Coordinator
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with knowledge of campaign tracking
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder reporting
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM systems, particularly Oracle Eloqua and Salesforce
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and cross-functional workstreams
- Familiarity with project management tools such as AirTable or Smartsheet
- Background in B2B marketing, preferably in the technology or cybersecurity sector
- Exposure to content management systems and dynamic email platforms
