What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

• Serve as the central point of coordination between Security Marketing, Marketing Operations, and Marketing Technology teams
• Execute and manage measurable webcasts, webinars, and live demos across global regions
• Compile promotional materials to engage audiences and drive participation
• Maintain and monitor campaign project plans and progress updates using project tracking tools
• Facilitate weekly status check-ins to identify roadblocks and resolve issues impacting timelines

What is Required (Qualifications):

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• At least 4 years of experience as a Marketing Coordinator
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with knowledge of campaign tracking
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder reporting

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

• Experience with marketing automation and CRM systems, particularly Oracle Eloqua and Salesforce
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and cross-functional workstreams
• Familiarity with project management tools such as AirTable or Smartsheet
• Background in B2B marketing, preferably in the technology or cybersecurity sector
• Exposure to content management systems and dynamic email platforms
