Job summary

cFocus Software seeks a Program Manager to join our program supporting the Cybersecurity Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA). This onsite role in Arlington, VA requires a TS/SCI clearance and a track record of delivering complex federal projects.

You will own contract execution, establish staffing and control mechanisms, coordinate cross-disciplinary teams, and provide regular status reporting while ensuring compliance with security and federal requirements.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• Experience planning and leading large-scale federal programs.
• Knowledge of security and data management frameworks.
• Experience with schedule, cost, and deliverable oversight.

Responsibilities

• Own overall contract execution, including cost, schedule, technical performance, quality, and functional activities.
• Establish project organization, staffing, and resource plans.
• Maintain an integrated project plan traceable to the SOW.
• Plan post-award kickoff meetings and program reviews.
• Prepare weekly/monthly status reports and briefings.
• Manage the Deliverables List and firm dates.
• Supervise personnel across multiple labor categories.
• Coordinate technical teams for modeling, geospatial, and data lifecycle activities.
• Ensure compliance with Federal security requirements.
• Maintain readiness for surge support.
