Background: Wipro's Cloud & Infrastructure Services(CIS) is one of the largest service line of Wipro Technologies providing end of end Infrastructure Services which includes Managed Services, System Integration, Consulting, Business Service Management, Cloud Computing and Total Outsourcing as its key offering. Job Description The Service Sales Practitioner is an integral part of our service sales team within the CIS (Cloud Infrastructure Services organization) Technology sector. As a front-line sales executive, you will be responsible for exploring current opportunities as well as project managing between cross-functional teams within a large organization. You will be a true practitioner of your trade and key resource to drive Wipro’s CIS business. Location Open to all US locations. 25% -50% travel. Our Team Cloud & Infrastructure Services (CIS) is one of Wipro’s fastest-growing service lines, accounting for over 33% of the organization’s revenue and provides a vast portfolio of services spanning cloud services, systems integration, managed services, and total outsourcing in a global delivery model. You will be joining our campaign to fast track our footprint at some of our largest clients. Extensive experience in selling Cloud & Infrastructure Services . Must have managed large P&L in excess of $60M + Team Management experience is needed. Ownership of both Hunting & Farming Strong knowledge of global delivery model (GDM) and methodologies. Should be familiar with cross selling various service lines for customers Ability to present and interact at Cxo levels, and have consultative sales capability. Ability to work and collaborate across other teams in various service lines and anchor together for the account. Ability to manage multi-cultural teams and travel to different client locations - mostly within US and sometimes across the world if needed for expanding our footprint in other geographies. Exposure to delivery, sales or pre-sales roles will be required Should have managed a multi-million USD account, across various geos. New Business Development Activities through direct sales Strong Account Management - building and managing client relationships at the CxO level. Carry targets on revenue, bookings and OM. Get involved in resolving any people management issue within Wipro teams Identifying and grooming team members and build teams into future leaders at Wipro Facilitating Delivery team to present delivery successes in a strong and positive way and growing the account Generating leads by interacting with the customers in various lines of business to expand our footprint. Presenting and publishing the proposals (proactive ones as well as responses to RFP/RFIs) Interacting with Procurement and Supplier relationship team from customer organization and maintain smoother flow of contracts, invoices and payments. Work closely with senior customer IS team (CIO, VPs and Directors) to suggest, advice, evaluate, and prime business growth Demonstrated ability to drive exponential pipeline growth within large enterprise accounts in Capital Market and BFSI sectors The ability to influence internal teams across the organization to achieve desired customer outcomes Coordinate between the Account Team, Services lines, Client Partners, and Engineering to create the right solution and resolve customer issues quickly Drive new pipeline opportunities by RFP responses, SoW preparation and execution Experienced sales and service professional within the high-tech industry Knowledgeable in multiple technical skills specifically in the area of cloud, SRE & DevOps Demonstrated ability to prioritize work within a fast-paced environment, consistently delivering results Develop a deep understanding of our customer’s business challenges and their technical environment to provide sales and technical support The ability to clearly articulate technology, sales and solution designs Drive Wipro’s CIS solution set into various business and IT segments within your accounts Demonstrate Wipro’s product portfolio to key customer stakeholders, engage and build relationships with your customers Knowledge in Cloud, Networking, CyberSecurity, Data Center Infrastructure, IoT, AI are preferred Knowledge of heterogeneous environments used by enterprise customers Extensive experience selling service oriented solutions Excellent written and verbal communication skills
