Job summary

Wiregrass Georgia Technical College seeks a Computer Information Systems Instructor to deliver instruction in CIS across campus locations and online. The successful candidate will develop syllabi, administer tests, maintain grade books, and ensure accurate records while adhering to program standards.

The role requires a Master’s in CIS or related field with at least three years in-field experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to teach at Ben Hill-Irwin, Coffee, and other campus

Qualifications

• Earned Master’s Degree in Computer Information Systems or closely related field.
• Three (3) years in-field experience in CIS or related area.
• Postsecondary teaching experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instruction to students in Computer Information Systems.
• Demonstrate testing and grading procedures with accurate grade books and records.
• Maintain course syllabi and documentation for assigned courses.
• Manage inventory and equipment as required by the program and accreditation standards.
• Teach at Ben Hill-Irwin campus and at Coffee campus and online.
