Job summary

The City of Caldwell Public Library is seeking a Circulation Lead to coordinate and supervise the daily activities of the Circulation staff, ensuring accurate check-ins/outs, shelf maintenance, and courteous patron service.

Reporting to the Circulation Supervisor, you will plan schedules, train new staff, and monitor circulation statistics to support efficient library operations. Evening and weekend hours are required, and a pre-employment background check and drug test will be completed.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and lead daily functions of Circulation staff.
