Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Minimum of one year of library/archival/library-like environment experience.
• Experience with library systems such as OCLC WorldShare preferred.

Responsibilities

• Staff the public service desk and respond to basic informational and directional questions.
• Process loan and scanning requests for students, faculty, staff, and library users.
• Retrieve materials from open stacks and assist with collection maintenance.
• Scan articles and other materials for off‑campus users in compliance with copyright rules.
• Process interlibrary loan requests using the OCLC WorldShare Management System.
• Collaborate with library staff across U.S. campuses to support access to resources.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
