Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare the operating room with sterile setup and equipment.
• Assist in patient positioning and safety during surgery.
• Maintain aseptic technique and monitor sterile field.
• Collaborate with surgeons and anesthesia team to anticipate intraoperative needs.
• Document nursing care and intraoperative events accurately.
• Respond promptly to intraoperative emergencies or changes.
