Job description

We are currently looking to hire Circuit Card Assemblers / Solderer for our Lancaster, Pennsylvania facility. You will be responsible for assembling and soldering surface mount and through-hole electronic components onto circuit boards while maintaining high quality standards.



What will you be responsible for?

  • Installing electronic components onto circuit boards using basic hand tools, materials and processes, including soldering

  • Operating machinery to clean and test circuit boards

  • Following work instructions and router operations

  • Preparing components for installation, including forming components by hand or automation, bending leads and preconditioning leads or wires

  • Working with the Engineering team to solve problems or ask assembly questions

  • Self-inspecting product for defects prior to moving the product to the next phase




What do you need to be successful in this role?

  • Exceptional fine manual dexterity

  • Ability to work independently and as a team player within a small team

  • High attention to detail and problem solving skills

  • Soldering skills preferred, but not required as we will provide training

  • Patience for repetitive and routine work




What qualifications are we looking for?

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Ability to sit, stand or walk for extended periods of time

  • Ability to read and comprehend work process instructions, standard measurements and charts

  • Ability to see and work using a microscope

  • Fine motor skills and dexterity




Location / Hours / Environment

  • Production environment

  • Hours: Monday - Thursday: 6:00 AM - 3:30 PM; Friday: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM with every other Friday off. Additional hours as needed to meet demand occasional off-shift hours may also be required to provide support to operations.

  • Primary location will be Lancaster with occasional support in Lititz as required
