Job summary

RiverSide Integrated Solutions, Inc. is seeking a production assembler to build sub-assemblies and thermal chambers within the manufacturing team. You will perform wire harnesses, insulation cutting, frame prep, door building, liner insulation, and module assembly, collaborating with skilled teammates across operations.

The role requires following detailed instructions, strong hand-eye coordination, and the ability to rotate through stations while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Follow manufacturing instructions and wiring schematics.
• Manage time efficiently with minimal supervision.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations and LEAN manufacturing.
• Know manufacturing processes, procedures and machinery.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a changing environment.
• Work well with others and rotate across workstations.
• Strong eye/hand coordination and attention to detail.
• Basic computer skills are required.
• Ability to read and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clean and orderly workstations following 5S guidelines.
• Complete production tasks per schedules with minimal supervision.
• Operate power tools for sub-assembly daily (drills, grinders, rivet guns, Dremel).
• Align and clamp parts using fixtures, jigs or vises.
• Report defective materials or safety concerns to coordinators.
• Handle, install, move materials and parts as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
