Qualifications

• Ability to effectively present information to groups.

• Advanced PC skills and knowledge of Jabil software packages.
• Ability to write simple correspondence and read visual aids.
• Ability to apply common sense to carry out instructions.

• Read and comprehend simple instructions, memos, and notes.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic: add, subtract, multiply, divide.
• Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and interpret graphs.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex visual inspection of PCB assemblies and sub-assemblies.
• Verify correct machine set-up prior to running assemblies.
• Read documentation from reference materials.
• Choose inspection method (first article, sampling, 100%).
• Apply electrical principles and QC standards to pass/fail decisions.
• Access customer QC systems and communicate issues.
• Determine causes of defects and refer for action.
• Approve solutions or escalate to QC Supervisor.
• Serve as final checkpoint for finished goods before shipment.
• Train others in QC processes and procedures.
• Ensure parts conform to customer standards.
• Move parts to inspection workstation as needed.
• May perform other duties as assigned.
