Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistics.
• Ability to effectively present information to managers, clients, customers, and the public.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
• Ability to operate a PC including Windows OS and related software.
• Advanced PC skills, including knowledge of Jabil's software packages.
• Ability to write simple correspondence. Read and understand visual aids.
• Ability to follow simple one- or two-step instructions.
• Ability to handle standardized situations with few variables.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, memos.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic and data interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair to basic powered functional test failures at the component level.
• Exhibit proficiency in electronic test and measurement equipment.
• Utilize assembly documentation (schematics, BOMs, EC documents, visuals, testing tools).
• Assist Test Engineering in data evaluation to improve diagnosis efficiency.
• Follow production requirements, rules, policies and procedures.
• Work as part of the Diagnostic department to meet yield goals.
• Adhere to safety, health, and security policies.
• May perform other duties as assigned.
