Job summary

Suntex Marinas seeks a Circle of Boating Dockhand who will be the first point of contact for guests arriving at the marina. You will deliver a superior guest experience and assist the Circle of Boating Manager and other Dockhands with marina duties, while remaining friendly and accommodating.

Duties include keeping the dock area clean and safe, operating small motor and water vehicles, securing boats to docks, connecting utilities, disposing of waste, and supporting dock team to ensure smooth

Position Purpose

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain accurate dock walk, rent roll, and occupancy reports
• Routinely operates, motor and water vehicles and other various mechanized equipment

WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Must be able to independently lift, carry, push, and pull up to thirty (30) pounds
• Must be able to swim or be willing to wear a personal flotation device in instances of emergency
• Must be able to perform simple grasping, fine manipulation, and repetitive hand & arm movements frequently, and squeezing & overhead reaching occasionally
• Must be able to work flexible hours based on the needs of the property to include weekends and holidays as needed.
