Job summary

H&M Underground Solutions in Minnesota is seeking a hands-on field technician to support trenchless rehabilitation projects. You will assist with CIPP installations, operate specialized trenchless equipment, and help with inspections and project prep on active job sites.

This role requires a valid driver’s license, physical ability to lift equipment, and strong teamwork and communication. Construction or utility experience is preferred, and willingness to travel as projects demand.
