Meadow Gold Dairy in Billings, MT is seeking an adaptable CIP Operator to perform sanitation and cleaning tasks to ensure product quality. You will operate CIP systems, document processes, and assist with housekeeping and preventive maintenance in a cold, controlled environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Able to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and disassemble equipment for cleaning/sanitizing per manufacturer instruction.
• Operate the CIP (clean-in-place) system to clean and sanitize equipment, tanks, and pipelines.
• Complete basic preventive maintenance on gaskets, seals, O-rings, plates, etc.
• Complete record keeping items such as cleaning cycle times and concentrations.
• Perform basic housekeeping of plant areas including floors, walls, ceilings, and equipment surfaces.
• Run pre-operations checks on product contact surfaces before startup.
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic to moderate operating difficulties.
• Collect samples for quality testing.
• Document information in accordance with SOPs.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and report issues promptly.
