Job summary

Purity Dairies, Inc. is seeking a CIP Operator for our Nashville facility. The role focuses on clean-in-place sanitation to ensure product quality, following GMP and safety guidelines. Competitive pay and benefits are offered, with growth opportunities and family scholarship programs.

The schedule is Monday–Friday from 2:00am to 10:30am, with Saturdays as needed. You will assemble/disassemble equipment, operate CIP, perform routine maintenance, and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Warehouse, production, or general work experience preferred.
• Certification and/or license may be required during employment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and disassemble equipment for cleaning per manufacturer instructions.
• Operate CIP system to clean and sanitize equipment, tanks, and pipelines.
• Perform basic preventive maintenance of gaskets, seals, and O-rings.
• Keep records: cleaning cycle times, concentrations, flow rates, and temps.
• Housekeeping: clean floors, walls, ceilings, vents, and equipment exteriors.
• Perform pre-operations checks on product contact surfaces before startup.
• Troubleshoot basic to moderate issues; collect QA samples as needed.
• Maintain accurate paperwork per SOPs.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes.
• Report food safety/quality issues to management.
• Maintain safety and regulatory compliance.
• Follow GMP and corporate policies; other duties as assigned.
