Qualifications

• 5+ years in startup, shakedown, commissioning, or manufacturing operations.
• Experience leading a shift in an industrial environment.
• Exposure to GMP-regulated industries such as biotech/pharma/chemical/manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead startup, shakedown, and readiness activities for CIP and manufacturing systems as they move into routine operations.
• Provide leadership and direction to a shift team, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant execution of daily activities.
• Troubleshoot equipment and process issues during startup and early manufacturing campaigns.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Maintenance, Manufacturing, and Quality teams to resolve issues and improve operational performance.
• Support shift handovers, employee development, and continuous improvement initiatives to drive operational excellence.
