Job summary

KBR Careers is seeking a CIO Team Lead to supervise a government-facing team in the Northern Virginia/DC metro area. You will direct a team of contractors and coordinate with the CIO on technical execution and milestones.

Ideal candidates hold an active TS/SCI clearance and have extensive IT program management experience, with a focus on enterprise IT operations, procurement strategy, and executive-level briefings. Contingent position based on contract award.

Qualifications

• CURRENT and ACTIVE TOP SECRET / SCI security clearance.
• Four years of experience managing projects providing IT O&M and IT enhancement support.
• Experience providing materials for senior leaders (strategic papers, options analyses, executive briefings).
• Demonstrated experience performing executive action tracking.
• Experience guiding program performance, resource planning, and procurement strategy.
• Bachelor's degree or HS diploma with corresponding experience as stated.

This is a contingent position based upon contract award.

KBR is seeking a highly qualified candidate to act as Team Lead for a team supporting the Chief Information Office (CIO) at a government customer in the Northern Virginia area. The CIO Team Lead will lead and manage a team of contractors / subcontractors, directing their efforts and serving as the primary point of contact with the government customer on technical execution and project issues.

• Develop procedures for successful program execution

Required Qualifications

• CURRENT and ACTIVE TOP SECRET / SCI security clearance


• Requires four years of experience managing projects providing project enterprise Information Technology (IT) Operation and Maintenance (O&M) support and IT enhancement projects.


• Requires experience providing technical support materials for senior leaders such as strategic papers, options analyses, executive briefings.


• Demonstrated experience performing executive action tracking.


• Experience guiding program performance, resource planning, and acquisition/procurement strategy.


• Required Education \\ Relevant Experience:


• Bachelor's degree in computer science, data analytics, software engineering, or related technical field and 8 years of experience


• High school or High School Equivalency Diploma and 12 years of experience

Desired Qualifications

• Experience translating mission priorities into actionable IT roadmaps, investment plans, and measurable outcomes as it relates to counterintelligence and security missions.

Basic Compensation

$172,900 - $211,400 (This range is for Washington DC Metro Area Only).

The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, abilities and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity.

Additional Compensation

• KBR may offer bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation to certain job titles or levels, per internal policy or contractual designation.
