Job summary

KBR is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead complex technical programs in national security. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams, manage schedules, milestones, and deliverables, and drive technical design and deployment of mission-critical network infrastructure.

A TS/SCI with polygraph and a strong background in program management are required to operate in this environment. This role is on-site in Virginia, with minimal travel, and offers competitive compensation and benefits

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and 12 years of experience; additional experience may be substituted for a degree.
• Minimum of three years managing complex technical projects.
• Experience planning and executing technical development efforts.
• Experience managing schedules, milestones, and project deliverables.
• Knowledge of commercial technologies and technical capabilities.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Basic Compensation

$188,000 to $229,700

This range is for the Virginia area only

The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, abilities and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity.

Additional Compensation

KBR may offer bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation to certain job titles or levels, per internal policy or contractual designation. Additional compensation may be in the form of sign on bonus, relocation benefits, short term incentives, long term incentives, or discretionary payments for exceptional performance.
