KBR’s National Security Solutions team is seeking a CIO Team Lead to manage a contractor team supporting the CIO at a government customer in the Northern Virginia area. You will direct project operations, coordinate with leadership, and ensure successful execution of IT programs across multiple sites.

Required is a CURRENT and ACTIVE Top Secret/SCI clearance, plus 8+ years of IT program leadership and strong briefing/exec support experience. Contingent role with competitive DC metro compensation.

Qualifications

• Requires four years of experience managing IT O&M and IT enhancement projects.
• Experience providing materials for senior leaders (e.g., strategic papers, options analyses, executive briefings).

This is a contingent position based upon contract award. KBR is seeking a highly qualified candidate to act as Team Lead for a team supporting the Chief Information Office (CIO) at a government customer in the Northern Virginia area. The CIO Team Lead will lead and manage a team of contractors / subcontractors, directing their efforts and serving as the primary point of contact with the government customer on technical execution and project issues.

Required Qualifications

• CURRENT and ACTIVE TOP SECRET / SCI security clearance
• Requires four years of experience managing projects providing project enterprise Information Technology (IT) Operation and Maintenance (O&M) support and IT enhancement projects.
• Requires experience providing technical support materials for senior leaders such as strategic papers, options analyses, executive briefings.
• Demonstrated experience performing executive action tracking.
• Experience guiding program performance, resource planning, and acquisition/procurement strategy.

Required Education & Relevant Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data analytics, software engineering, or related technical field and 8 years of experience
• High school or High School Equivalency Diploma and 12 years of experience

Desired Qualifications

• Experience translating mission priorities into actionable IT roadmaps, investment plans, and measurable outcomes as it relates to counterintelligence and security missions.

Basic Compensation

Basic Compensation: $172,900 - $211,400 (This range is for Washington DC Metro Area Only).

Additional Compensation

• KBR may offer bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation to certain job titles or levels, per internal policy or contractual designation.
