Job summary

Seattle Social Housing Developer is seeking a Chief Information Officer to lead enterprise systems, governance, and digital workplace initiatives. You will shape architecture, data governance, and system integration while coordinating with MSPs and consultants to ensure secure, compliant operations.

You will drive multi-year roadmaps across accounting, budgeting, asset management, and development, aligning technology with public-sector obligations and board reporting requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience leading enterprise systems, architecture decisions, and governance.
• Knowledge of public-sector compliance and records requirements.
• Proven ability to manage vendors, MSPs, and consultants on defined projects.
• Familiarity with HRIS, payroll, and DRS/PERS reporting systems.

Responsibilities

• Own SSHD's technology strategy, enterprise architecture, and governance.
• Develop multi-year roadmaps for accounting, budgeting, asset management, and development.
• Lead information governance, SharePoint/intranet projects, and data standards.
• Oversee vendor MSPs and specialized consultants; coordinate cybersecurity reviews.
• Collaborate with CFO, Real Estate, and Property Management to align systems.
