Job summary

PaxSigna, a specialist talent solutions division of the Lennor Group, is seeking a senior IT leader to oversee the end-to-end IT environment for our manufacturing facilities in Cavite and Laguna, Philippines. The role partners with site leadership to translate business needs into technology initiatives, focusing on MES, ERP, SCADA, and OT infrastructure.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
At least 15 years of progressive IT experience, including 3–5 years in a leadership or management role.
Demonstrated experience leading IT operations in manufacturing, semiconductor, industrial, or similarly complex production environments.
Strong understanding of MES, SCADA, ERP, Warehouse systems, and OT infrastructure.
Experience collaborating with corporate IT to implement standards, governance, architecture and initiatives at the site level.
Proficiency with campus networking and security technologies (Cisco, SD-WAN, NAC, ISE, SolarWinds).
Experience with ITSM processes and CAB/change management; ability to manage budgets, vendors, and projects.

Responsibilities

Oversee the end-to-end IT environment across Cavite and Laguna manufacturing facilities, including infrastructure, network operations, enterprise applications, MES, ERP, and OT.
Serve as senior IT leader and strategic technology partner to site leadership and business stakeholders.
Translate business needs into technology initiatives and infrastructure improvements aligned with objectives.
Ensure compliance with corporate technology standards, cybersecurity, governance and risk management.
Lead site IT organization through workforce planning, performance management, and capability building.
Maintain availability, reliability, and security of critical manufacturing systems (MES, SCADA, ERP, OT).
Oversee IT service delivery, vendor relationships, and project governance across facilities.
Lead major business initiatives (expansions, new lines, relocations, M&A) from planning through handover.
