Imprivata is seeking a Chief Information Officer to join our hybrid Waltham, MA team. You will translate business strategy into a secure, scalable tech agenda, modernize platforms, and lead data, AI, automation initiatives to improve customer experience and operational excellence.

You will build a high‑performing global technology organization with a strong service culture, ensuring resilience, compliance, and measured business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field; executive credentials valued.
• 15+ years of enterprise technology leadership experience, CIO or senior leadership preferred.
• Experience leading tech in global, regulated environments (healthcare tech preferred).
• Proven ability translate business strategy into enterprise architecture and investment portfolios.
• Strong skills in IT governance, security, privacy, and AI governance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior advisor to CEO, executive staff, and Board on technology strategy, cyber risk, and digital priorities.
• Translate company strategy into a sequenced technology portfolio with clear ownership and milestones.
• Lead executive reviews for technology investments, risk posture, and operational health.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to optimize enterprise outcomes across functions.
• Own architecture, platforms, and operations including cloud services, identity, and data.
