Tasks:

• Enterprise Landscape Assessment – Review the current enterprise systems landscape, application architecture, integrations, data platforms, and technology capabilities to identify key gaps and opportunities.
• Executive Workshop Leadership – Lead executive workshops and whiteboarding sessions with CIOs, C-level executives, and key stakeholders to facilitate strategic discussions and decision-making.
• Future-State Architecture Definition – Define a future-state enterprise architecture vision aligned with business priorities, organizational objectives, technology capabilities, and long-term transformation goals.
• Technology Roadmap Development – Translate business priorities into actionable multi-year technology roadmaps covering modernization, transformation, application evolution, and strategic technology investments.
• Modernization Strategy – Develop recommendations for enterprise application modernization, systems consolidation, ERP transformation, and digital transformation initiatives based on business and technology priorities.
• Strategic Advisory & Recommendations – Provide trusted advisory support to senior technology and business leadership, delivering practical recommendations that connect enterprise strategy with technology execution.
• Business-Technology Alignment – Bridge business strategy and technology execution by assessing business objectives, enterprise capabilities, technical constraints, and opportunities for improved technology enablement.
• Transformation & Decision Support – Support strategic decision-making by evaluating technology options, dependencies, risks, and transformation priorities across enterprise applications, data, integrations, and AI enablement.

Must-Have Skills:

• Enterprise Architecture Experience – 15+ years of experience in Enterprise Architecture, Technology Strategy, Digital Transformation, or closely related strategic technology roles.
• Executive Stakeholder Engagement – Proven experience working directly with CIOs, C-level executives, and senior business stakeholders on strategic technology initiatives and decisions.
• Executive Workshop Facilitation – Demonstrated experience leading executive workshops, whiteboarding sessions, and strategic discussions that drive alignment and actionable decisions.
• Enterprise Architecture Strategy – Strong experience designing enterprise architecture visions and defining target‑state architectures aligned with business strategy and organizational goals.
• Technology Roadmap Development – Proven ability to develop multi-year systems and technology roadmaps covering modernization, transformation, application evolution, and strategic priorities.
• Enterprise Transformation Expertise – Extensive experience with ERP transformation, enterprise application modernization, digital transformation, and systems consolidation initiatives.
• Enterprise Technology Knowledge – Strong understanding of enterprise application architecture, data platforms, integrations, AI enablement, and broader technology ecosystems.
• Business-Technology Translation – Ability to translate business priorities into strategic technology direction and bridge business strategy with practical technology execution.

Nice-to-have Skills:

• Microsoft Dynamics Experience – Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX or Dynamics 365 within enterprise transformation or modernization initiatives.
• ServiceNow Experience – Familiarity with ServiceNow and its role within enterprise application landscapes and digital transformation programs.
• Modern Data Platform Knowledge – Experience with data lakes, modern data platforms, and enterprise data transformation initiatives.
• CRM & ERP Transformation – Experience leading or advising CRM and ERP transformation programs, particularly within complex enterprise environments.
• M&A Systems Consolidation – Experience with M&A integration and post‑acquisition systems consolidation across enterprise applications and technology landscapes.
