• 5+ years of professional videography experience in content/media/digital marketing environments.
• Experience capturing interviews, events, lifestyle, product, documentary, and social-first productions.
• Strong portfolio/demo reel showing cinematic camera work, lighting, composition, and storytelling.
• Advanced experience with cinema and mirrorless cameras (Sony, Canon, RED or similar) and a range of lenses.
• Solid understanding of lighting techniques, wireless audio, and on-location production workflows.
• Knowledge of how to tailor content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and other platforms with audience retention in mind.

Responsibilities

• Video Production: capture high-quality video content for social media, YouTube, marketing campaigns, live events and interviews.
• Cinematic Storytelling: craft visually engaging shots with thoughtful framing, lighting, and movement.
• One-Person Crew Mindset: operate camera, lighting and audio solo on set.
• Social-First Capture: shoot for vertical (9:16) and horizontal (16:9) formats for platform-specific needs.
