POLA Marketing is seeking a talented Video Editor / Colorist to join our creative team for post-production on a variety of commercial, branded, documentary, and social media projects. Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional video editing experience.
• Advanced proficiency in DaVinci Resolve.
• Strong understanding of color correction, cinematic color grading, and finishing workflows.
• Excellent storytelling, pacing, and visual composition skills.
• Experience with audio editing, cleanup, and sound design.
• A portfolio or demo reel demonstrating editing and color grading experience.

Responsibilities

• Edit commercial, branded, documentary, and social media video content from raw footage through final delivery.
• Perform professional color correction and cinematic color grading using DaVinci Resolve.
• Mix and enhance dialogue, music, and sound effects for polished final audio.
• Create titles, graphics, and simple visual effects when needed.
• Organize media, maintain project files, and manage efficient post-production workflows.
• Collaborate with producers, creative directors, and clients to implement revisions and feedback.
• Export and deliver content across multiple formats and platforms while maintaining quality standards.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Help maintain consistency in editing style, pacing, and visual quality across all client work.
• Stay current with industry trends, editing techniques, and post-production technology.
