Job summary

Es Vedra Cinemas in Cary, NC is seeking an Usher to enhance the movie-going experience by guiding guests, checking tickets, and directing them to seats while maintaining theater cleanliness.

The role requires a hospitality-minded attitude, teamwork, and the ability to work in a busy environment. Some locations may require Food Handler certification. This part-time position may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests as they arrive and provide a warm, friendly atmosphere.
• Ensure that each guest has a valid ticket and direct them to their designated seating area.
• Respond to guest inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Follow and enforce all safety protocols and guidelines.
• Ensure that theater and restrooms are clean and tidy before, during, and after showings.
• Assist guests with lost and found items.
• Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned.
