Job summary

AMC Entertainment is seeking a friendly crew member to greet guests, handle transactions at the POS, and contribute to a clean, welcoming theatre environment. You will help with concessions, ticket checks, and maintaining high guest satisfaction through quick service and teamwork.

Flexible scheduling and opportunities to learn new skills are available. No prior experience required; training will be provided to ensure safety and quality guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or retail environments preferred.
• Ability to handle transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide a welcoming experience.
• Use POS to process transactions and upsell where appropriate.
• Maintain clean facilities including theatres, lobbies and restrooms.
• Enforce safety, cleanliness and AMC policies.
• Assist with opening/closing duties and teamwork.
