Qualifications

• Proof of age and local food handling permits where required.
• Complete Safe Alcohol Service training and food safety basics.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests in English.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests and guide them to order food and beverages.
• Know bar and menu items to enhance the guest experience.
• Record orders accurately on the register and handle payments.
• Verify age for alcohol transactions and keep alcohol in designated areas.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure order accuracy.
• Maintain cleanliness of high-contact areas and follow PPE guidelines.
