Qualifications

• Experience with due diligence, including reviewing financial statements and legal documents.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for client materials.
• High integrity, professional judgment, and commitment to client service.
• Excel and PowerPoint proficiency; familiarity with financial databases and research tools.
