Job summary

KeyBanc Capital Markets (KBCM), a unit of KeyBank, seeks an Investment Banking Associate to execute M&A, capital raising, and strategic advisory assignments in a fast-paced, team-driven environment. You will perform financial analysis, modeling, and client engagement, collaborating with senior bankers and clients across industries.

A Bachelor's in Finance/Economics/Accounting is required with 3+ years in investment banking.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or related field or equivalent experience (required)
• MBA or other advanced degree preferred
• 3+ years of experience in investment banking or related financial services role (required)
• SIE,S7,S79,S63 licenses preferred

Responsibilities

• Support execution of M&A, equity, and debt transactions across industry verticals.
• Build and maintain complex financial models (DCF, comps, precedent transactions).
• Prepare client materials: presentations, CIMs, pitch books.
• Conduct industry research to support business development and execution.
• Participate in due diligence, client meetings, negotiations, and closings.
