Performs various duties in a warehouse management system to receive and ship products and process customer returns. Responsible for routine warehouse tasks including receiving, shipping, and inventory management. Ensures safe handling of regulated materials for all shipments, including proper separation, palletizing, loading, and storage. Identifies damages, reports shortages or quality issues, and maintains shipment records. Posts weights and shipping charges, and prepares materials for final shipment. May lift heavy items manually or with assistance. Tasks are well-defined and require judgment or interpretation. Other duties may be assigned within current job grade.
High School Diploma/GED.
Proven experience as a forklift operator.
Ability to lift 50 lbs. and maneuver packages above 50 lbs. with appropriate equipment or assistance. Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in noisy environments. Attention to detail and ability to read and follow instructions.
Non-safety sensitive position. Must work in a constant state of alertness and safety consciousness.
