Job summary

Solutions Through Innovative Technologies, Inc. (STI-TEC) seeks an OCIE Specialist to support processing, physical distribution, and logistics for the Texas Army National Guard. You will maintain, audit, and track OCIE, perform inventories, and coordinate transportation and regional CIF tasks.

The role requires 3-5 years in warehouse/logistics with CIF/OCIE knowledge, and CAC eligibility. Equal opportunity employer; security investigation may apply. On-site in Texas.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years warehouse/logistics experience.
• Knowledge of CIF/OCIE accountability and applicable systems/procedures.
• CAC card or ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, access, and process OCIE IAW regulation, USPFO guidelines and CIF Installation Support Module (ISM) Database.
• Manage storage, organization, and accountability of bulk OCIE. Inventory requirements.
• Conduct monthly cyclic inventories (min 10%) and 100% annual wall-to-wall inventory for 100% accountability.
• Perform monthly location surveys to ensure storage matches LIS record.
• Maintain storage areas clean, organized, and professional to maximize space.
• Process new records in ARIMS; maintain audit trail for OCIE movements/adjustments.
• Process OCIE in ISM/LIS; bulk storage/accountability; cyclic inventories; turn-ins/pulls.
• Appointment scheduling; pending transactions; NSN/MCN management; regional CIF transportation coordination.
