Baptist Health - Central Alabama is seeking a CICU RN Registered Nurse to supervise and coordinate nursing staff on shift, including weekends and holidays. You will use the nursing process for patient assessments, planning, and care interventions, while collaborating with physicians and other clinicians to ensure quality care.
The position requires an active RN licensure, BLS, and may require ACLS, PALS, NRP, TNCC, or other certifications depending on the unit.

The RN - Registered Nurse shall be responsible to supervise and coordinate activities of nursing personnel on shift, and during weekends and holidays, to ensure quality and continuity of patient care. This individual will utilize the nursing process in patient assessments, planning of care, and performance of care interventions. The RN will collaborate with Physicians and other healthcare clinicians in the planning and implementation of patient care. This position may have additional duties assigned that are within scope of the role.
Degree in Nursing required, Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Active RN licensure required, BLS required, Additional certifications (ACLS, PALS, NRP, TNCC, etc.) may be required depending upon area assigned.
