Santander Group in Dallas is hiring a Whole Loan Transaction Manager – Analyst to lead due diligence and asset management for whole loan acquisitions and sales. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, review deal documents, and ensure data accuracy for RMBS underwriting.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree and strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military service, or education.
• Experience tracking, reporting, analyzing, and curing loan due diligence findings based on compliance, credit, title, valuation, servicing data, and collateral.
• Coordinate diligence findings, reporting, material preparation, and curative actions for third party RMBS securitizations.
• Identify and address high-risk issues to support pricing and settlement decisions.
