Job summary

Ally in Charlotte, NC seeks a Manager, Product Owner for the Customer Identity & Access Management (CIAM) team. You will shape multi-year CIAM strategy and translate priorities into epics, features, and user stories.

You will collaborate across fraud, cybersecurity, operations, UX, architecture, and engineering to deliver secure, scalable authentication experiences including login, MFA, passkeys, and risk-based controls. Prior fintech experience is preferred.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
5–8 years of product ownership, product management, or a related role.
Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
Experience owning a product backlog and driving prioritization in Agile.
Experience in CIAM, IAM, authentication, fraud prevention, or customer security.
Experience with omnichannel authentication across digital and call center channels.

Responsibilities

Define and execute the broader CIAM product strategy and roadmap.
Lead complex, high-visibility CIAM programs from a product ownership standpoint.
Drive omnichannel authentication strategy spanning digital and call center channels.
Collaborate with fraud, cybersecurity, risk, UX, architecture, and engineering teams.
Translate strategic initiatives into epics, features, and user stories with clear value.
Establish and monitor product, operational, and risk metrics for authentication and fraud outcomes.
