Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a Senior CIAM Architect to lead the design and delivery of customer identity and access management solutions for clients in the United States. You will architect and implement CIAM capabilities across major identity platforms, align with business objectives, and advise on security, privacy, and UX across digital channels.

You will oversee delivery teams, manage risks, and foster senior client relationships while contributing to Deloitte CIAM offerings and reusable assets.

Qualifications

• BA/BS Degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Information Security, Engineering, Information Technology, Finance, Business, or relevant fields
• 7+ years of industry experience
• 7+ years of experience within Identity and Access Management
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with customization of Transmit Security and Ping Identity tools
• Travel 25-50% on average based on client work
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of CIAM solutions aligned to client objectives.
• Manage end-to-end CIAM engagements from requirements to post-production support.
• Architect and implement CIAM capabilities across platforms like Transmit Security, Ping, Okta, and ForgeRock.
• Advise clients on balancing security, privacy, and user experience across digital channels.
• Oversee delivery teams, manage quality and risks, coordinate with stakeholders.
• Build senior client relationships and contribute to Deloitte CIAM offerings and assets.
