Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Information Security, Engineering, Information Technology, Finance, Business, or relevant fields.
• 2+ years of industry experience.
• 2+ years of experience within Identity and Access Management.
• 1+ years hands‑on experience with customization of Transmit Security and Ping Identity tools.
• Ability to travel 25-50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Responsibilities

• Support the design and implementation of CIAM solutions aligned to client objectives.
• Participate in end-to-end CIAM engagements from requirements to production support.
• Configure and support CIAM across platforms like Transmit Security, Ping Federate, Okta, and ForgeRock (auth, federation, MFA, adaptive access, lifecycle).
• Translate business and technical requirements into scalable identity solutions; develop docs, test plans, and delivery artifacts.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, cyber specialists, developers, testers, and vendor teams to drive milestones and client relationships.
• Lead projects or workstreams and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
