Job summary

Integra in Houston, TX, seeks a Manager, Continuous Improvement to drive North American CI across manufacturing. You will establish standardized Lean practices, lead plant CI resources, and coach cross-functional teams to improve safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity.

You will develop roadmaps, deploy MDI, Kaizen, standard work, and visual management, while tracking savings and ensuring sustainability of improvements across facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence, Lean Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Operations, or Supply Chain.
• 3+ years of leadership experience managing CI teams or cross-functional programs.
• Proven experience leading Lean transformations and enterprise-wide CI initiatives.
• Experience developing CI roadmaps aligned to safety, quality, delivery, cost and productivity.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead Integra's North America Continuous Improvement strategy.
• Establish a standardized Lean Management System across all facilities.
• Standardize MDI, Kaizen, problem solving, standard work, and visual management.
• Provide functional leadership for plant-based CI resources.
• Coach Operations, Manufacturing Engineering, and site leadership teams.
• Drive productivity, labor efficiency, flow, lead time, and waste reduction initiatives.
• Lead Value Stream Mapping and enterprise Kaizen programs.
• Develop CI governance, training, certification, and best‑practice deployment.
• Track, validate, and report realized savings from CI projects.
• Support factory flow improvements, throughput optimization, and inventory reduction.
