CACI International Inc. is seeking a CI Instructor to support the DCAC, RDA, and Surveillance programs at JCITA. You will deliver world-class instruction, develop training for new CI personnel, and assess learners through practical exercises.

Expect travel within the NCR and CONUS as needed for instruction and certification. The role requires TS/SCI with polygraph or the ability to obtain it, and at least five years of relevant CI training experience.

Qualifications

  • TS/SCI w/ Poly or ability to obtain poly.
  • Five (5) years of demonstrated experience conducting DCAC, Counterintelligence Surveillance, or Counterintelligence RDA.
  • Knowledge of CI missions and functions.
  • Graduate from an accredited CI Special Agent credentialing school; JCITA NSLC or IC school equivalent.

Responsibilities

  • Provide DoD CI course (DCAC) instruction and Counterintelligence Surveillance and RDA instruction.
  • Plan, develop, and execute training certification for entry level understanding of DoD CI missions.
  • Deliver classroom-based instruction and assess student performance; travel within NCR and CONUS.
  • Utilize blended learning techniques including eLearning, lectures, discussions, team exercises, and demonstrations.

CI Agents' abilities to counter espionage, terrorism, and insider threats hinge upon JCITA's advanced CI training.From its inception, our JCITA Instructor program has grown and evolved well past the original vision.
